El Arrayán at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona
El Arrayán at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona
The most special and loved restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, a place that has won the hearts of its guests. To celebrate its 15 year anniversary it will be travelling to Banker’s Bar to host an exclusive pop-up from November 8th.
“Welcome to El Arrayán! What does the name mean? It refers to a tree and its sweet and sour fruit, which grows in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
And since 2003 it is the name of our restaurant in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, just a few steps from the Malecón promenade. Experts say that it is the best in the city, but our reputation is down to the hundreds of people who have supported us by coming back and by recommending us to their families and friends who inspire us to cook more daring and delicious dishes.
It is not Tex Mex food, it is Traditional Mexican Cuisine, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, prepared with a lot of love, respect and using the best pre-Hispanic ingredients. All sauces and moles are homemade from scratch.
Please, enjoy our cuisine in Barcelona, just as we enjoy it every night in Puerto Vallarta!â€
