The MICHELIN Guide makes you discover the diversity of the Spanish culinary scene and of its rich heritage around the best local places. The chefs Enrique Pérez from El Doncel and Samuel Moreno from the one MICHELIN Star restaurant Molino de Alcuneza in Sigüenza, welcomed Javier Olleros from the two MICHELIN Stars restaurant Culler de Pau in O Grove with open arms to show him the gastronomic richness of their province, Guadalajara.

In addition to the exquisite meals in their respective restaurants, the two chefs accompanied him on the succulent breakfast served by Fátima Gismero, on the visits to the magnificent Río Dulce Natural Park, to the "deSpelta" factory, as well as the meal at the Biosfera by Aurum restaurant in Guadalajara.

Los chefs Enrique Pérez de El Doncel y Samuel Moreno de Molino de Alcuneza, ambos con 1 Estrella MICHELIN en Sigüenza, reciben con los brazos abiertos a Javier Olleros, del restaurante Culler de Pau de O Grove (2 Estrellas MICHELIN) para mostrarle la riqueza gastronómica de su provincia, Guadalajara.

Además de en las exquisitas comidas en sus respectivos restaurantes, los dos chefs le acompañaron en el suculento desayuno que sirvió Fátima Gismero, en las visitas al magnífico Parque natural de Río Dulce, a la fábrica “deSpelta”, así como en la comida en el restaurante Biosfera by Aurum de Guadalajara (El plato MICHELIN).
