We had an interesting conversation with the chef Ricard Camarena, of the homonymous restaurant (2 MICHELIN Stars, Valencia), about his vision of sustainability, in which he tells how his commitment has been extended to each and every one of the different aspects of his business and the enormous excitement he felt when he was awarded with the MICHELIN Green Star.
