Comunicación on Social Media Platforms of Turespaña during the Covid-19 - Spain
During the changing situation created by the Covid-19 in the second quarter of the year, Turespaña projected Spain as an attractive and safe reference destination for international tourists. It knew how to adapt by designing a social media strategy to adapt its activity, presence and promo, as the pandemic evolved.
The strategy launched was divided into three phases, accompanying the confinement, de-escalation and new normal measures. At the beginning of each phase, a specific video was launched in different languages with the aim of keeping Spain in the mind of travelers. The excellent results obtained during all this time make Turespaña continue working with effort and tenacity, day by day, to give a response to the evolution of the pandemic.
